Our Peruvian Silverside Smelts are wild caught from Peru . We process our Silverside Smelts “Odontesthes Regia Regia” at our facilities in Piura in two different forms H&G and butterfly cut.

We bring our own label “SeaSkins’ for retail markets or in bulk for our chain supermarkets and cruise lines.
