Our wild caught Peruvian Mahi Mahi are succulent and delicious, coming from the temperate waters off the coast of Peru.
Available from the End of September to Mid March, are brought in the form of mani portions, fillets, fletches, and H&G to all our major Restaurants, Cruise Lines or major distributors.
Our Peruvian mahi Mahi “Coryphaena Hippurus” are process in our facility in Piura with the highest quality control. I only carry Natural Mahi Mahi packed for retail under our brand “SeaSkins” or in Bulk form for our distributors.
They are firm in texture and have a sweet but uniquely recognizable taste that brings out the best in any vibrant flavours with which they are paired. Low in calories, high in protein, Mahi Mahi is an excellent source of protein, as well as being rich in vitamins and minerals. Mahi Mahi shines as a sautéed, grilled, barbequed, broiled or baked main, and is also excellent in tacos and burgers. It’s always a favorite at the dinner table!
